I've been impressed with their attention, their help (& their patience; I can be fairly indecisive sometimes 🙃) when ordering, the quality of drinks I've had here and just their overall service when I've come in. I live in the neighborhood and haven't been one to be drawn to Starbucks for the sake of going to Starbucks, but I do enjoy coming here. I also appreciate the atmosphere - nice vibe. I have to say, at some point in the past several years, I think Starbucks changed the way they roast their coffee because it tastes much better now (no more the "burnt" over-roasted flavor). “I had a leaky kitchen faucet and called Summit at 9am and they were able to come at 10am the same day. The two men that came were very professional and respectful, figuring out quickly what was wrong. It was a quick fix, thankfully, needing no replacement parts, so their time was free. They gave me advice on how to contact the faucet manufacturer if more problems arise, informing me that the faucet should have a lifetime guarantee, which I did not know. They were super warm and friendly, 5/5 would recommend Summit and I will go back to them if I have problems in the future.”
