This branch was awesome.. they were very curtious and took the time to understand the hold up on Chase sending me a new debit card. Many other branches often brushed me away saying they couldn't do anything from their end.
This was a long-standing frustration I had that was resolved with this branch.
All the people there are friendly and helpful.
Whoever the disgruntled people are, it is probably because they didn’t want to wear masks or use hand cleaner.
Not a single person has ever been unfriendly and they are always helpful.
