We actually booked this by mistake instead of Ft. Warden, across the water. What a grand & happy mistake. The park is well maintained, with very large RV spots (full hookup). We watched a beautiful sunset every night & enjoyed all the lights of Pt Townsend across the bay. The little cafe was really popular. (You order food, then eat your sandwich on picnic tables.) Beautiful area. We'll be back SOON.
Great RV park with amazing beach!
Had a great time here off season (December 2021) trying out a new trailer. Very clean site, pretty close too level, convenient hookups, and close to the beach. We got lucky with some breaks in the weather at low tide and we're able to take our dog on a great beach walk. During this time of year only one station has water for septic cleaning out and it was easy and convenient to use. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather.
We stayed in campsite #112. This place is absolutely beautiful. Full hook up site. Direct walking paths to the beach from the campsite. Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and clamming. Old fort and batteries are very creepy and scary but super fun. Easy hikes and bike trails. Highly recommend.
Fort Flagler is a beautiful state park. We had fun staying at lower campground site 55. The site had full hookups, decent cell signal and moderate privacy. We enjoyed visits to Beach Comber cafe getting coffee and ice cream. Great place to walk, bike ride, explore the forts and beach.
