(August 27, 2022, 2:29 pm)Beautiful lake to paddle, boat, fish, swim..etc. Scenic backdrop of some snowy peaks with private parcels surrounding the shoreline, makes for a chill atmosphere and good time.
(August 14, 2022, 3:37 pm)Went Friday morning to get a spot. There were two small spots open. We chose the slightly larger of the two and set up camp. I noticed later that there was a much larger spot that had been empty for 4 days according to the slip on the post but there was still a tent and canopy there. The lake is beautiful and we just sat around and relaxed all day and my kid went fishing. First come first served spots, no reservations needed. No guarantee of getting a spot though.

Clean & well maintained primitive campsites. The lake is close to the campground.
Very quiet here, peaceful and serene. It has 22 campsites and restrooms, No showers tho
The lake is stocked with trout in April. And has a great fishing dock. Great views saw eagles too in the beautiful valley it's in.
