Amazing. The tech that came out was fantastic, his name was Ahmed, he was polite, quick and totally professional. I appreciate the work he did,, it was done quickly yet neatly, very personable. If I could give him a raise I would. There is very few people who understand customer service, and can tell that they enjoy their job. He was one of the few. Thanks for coming out!
