The staff at James Wood Hyundai was great to work with. They went out of their way to get the vehicle I purchase to me when I was not able to complete the financing at the time I was in the dealership. They are defintely customer focused!
I recently bought a Hyundai Kona from the James Wood in Decatur and my sales person Cathy Spurgeon was extremely nice and so knowledgeable about the car I wanted. She knew about all the different options that came with each model, she answered all of my questions and helped me through the process of buying my brand new car which I am extremely happy with.
Thank you Cathy & James Wood!!
Don't waste time with other dealers it's a little bit of a drive but well worth your time to go down and work with Brad on a new car purchase. Fair pricing and fast service for what I wanted. In and out in less than 2 hours. You can't really ask for more from a dealer given the times l.
Great sale consultant, especially Shelly Renaud. She is very knowledgeable/professional/friendly/prompt. She provided exceptional customer service. Thanks Shelly.
Terrific customer service!!! Hyundai Service Manager, Jerry Fowlkes, is so nice to work with, smart, and on the ball. Owner Raymond Wood is refreshingly accessible, very nice and smart, and interested in doing whatever is needed for a good outcome. Every single person I've dealt with at James Wood is top notch, but these two men came through in an especially big way for me.
I went through over a year trouble-free with my Santa Fe, but over the next couple of years, every now and then it wouldn't start. They patiently listened to me and worked to find a solution (along with another nice dealership in Wichita Falls) but the starter problem would occur again several months later. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
Finally, once when my Santa Fe wouldn't start, James Wood Hyundai sent a towing service, at their own expense to tow my car 40 miles to them. When they found that the starter needed to be replaced -- again -- and starters were backed up at Hyundai Corporate, they went to bat for me -- without my even asking them to -- explaining to Hyundai the problems I had experienced. This resulted in a new transmission for my car! Wow, just Wow!
Even though I live in Fort Worth, I felt more comfortable and received the best offer from a very informative saleslady at James Wood, so I purchased my Santa Fe from them almost 4 years ago. My intuitions were right about that dealership and I'm so glad I did!! I recommend them to friends all of the time so am recommending them to you too! Happy Trails!
