A gentleman named Eugene put forth incredible efforts to resolve my outstanding challenges. He was very patient and understanding. All of the questions I had, he took his time answering and provided me with TOP NOTCH customer service. Initially, I was frustrated but he did not feed into my emotion. He also followed up with me to make sure I was okay with the new terms of my auto loan and assured me I could reach him with any questions or concerns. Customer service like THIS is unmatched. Eugene represents this company with integrity and passion. THANK YOU!!!!!
