“I was helped by Dan at the Tacoma store. He told me he normally works at the Auburn store. I had to load by hand 13 paving stones that weighed 92 pounds each. I am almost a senior citizen and not in the best shape. Also, I had a Toyota Tacoma which will not fit a standard pallet. Dan found a smaller pallet that would fit and helped me load the bricks on the pallet. This allowed him to load all of them neatly in my Tacoma. I was worried about loading the materials, but Dan took great care of me. I have shopped a Mutual Materials many times and I have always found the staff to exceptional.”

“I've purchased at least 10 "prime" rib roast over the 22 years I have been making a pilgrimage to Green Valley meats for my families Christmas dinner. The other years I didn't? Let's just say the meals were good/okay and always smoked to near perfection. But there has been no comparisons to the quality I am accustomed to getting at GVM. This year was no different except this was on a whole new level of awesomeness.....OMG. I knew when I was cutting it off the bone and trimming it out that this particular piece was special. The color was deep and the marble so well distributed. 14.41lbs of perfection with soft mesquite smoke, wet rub and dry aged a bit, it literally melted in the mouth after cooking.
