(March 8, 2023, 1:07 pm)Discount tire provides proper product and efficient quality service. I had a customer service issue with an older service which was purchased but not provided, and after much discussion and proof of purchase with no refund, I was provided a new tire.
Good staff, those young guys truly make the company gears function. They deserve raises for their hard work, technique, and upstanding dedication to the safety of Homer glen.
That manager, real quirky fella but he knows what’s right.
