This is the first time I've used a full service moving company and was hesitant to let a company pack my belongings and take them to another state. “I moved in using the kiosk originally, which was extremely unhelpful and didn't even tell me where my parking space was or where the facility's pedestrian exit was. I had to use the bathroom and couldn't find the exit because I was that desperate for a bathroom so I ended up having to literally jump the fence to get out (and I am NOT the kind of person who normally does stuff like that!!!!). Thankfully the next time I went to visit I ran into Larry who helped me get all set up, and showed me the correct space for my vehicle (I had guessed wrong earlier!). If you go, I highly, HIGHLY recommend calling ahead or something so that you can go during a time when the facility is actually staffed. Checking in using the kiosk is an absolutely terrible experience. Thank you Larry!”
