Really like the layout and quality of the rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and have decent water pressure in the showers. Had to wait a while to get service at the bar, but it didn't detract from a favorable impression of the hotel overall.

Overall, we had an excellent stay. We arrived before noon, but the hotel staff let us check in early to our suite. The room was clean and modern with comfortable bed and nicely sized bathroom. Breakfast was a standard hotel affair, but complementary and overall pretty good. I definitely recommended for your next stay in the San Jose area!

We have been to this hotel many times and this time we stayed for 3 weeks. We never had any issues till this last visit. We had to change rooms because the a/c wasn't working, there were spiders in the bathroom and bugs on our bed. They changed our room but the front desk person in the morning Johnny wasn't very nice or understand when we explained our situation after he said he already knew about it which was interesting because why ask then? He seemed like he didn't want to deal with us and just hurried and changed our room and that was it. The room we stayed in was way better no issues. But when we checked out and checked back in again the front desk person Johnny charged our debit card, not our monvoy card which caused us to have no money in our account. When we talked to Melissa the manager she took no ownership of what Johnny did but just made excuses for him. We Had to wait 5 days till we got our money back which put us in a bad situation since it was Valentines' day week. Melissa didn't try to compensate us for the inconvenience. She pretty much blamed us for the mistake. The last 2 nights there were horrible!! We had people next door to us yelling and screaming at 1 in the morning and we called the front desk. They eventually stopped but was hard to go back to sleep. The next night it happened again we had to call the front desk as well. I understand it's not the front desk or management's fault that people are rude loud and disrespectful but no apologies were given or any type of compensation again for any issues that have happened. My boyfriend wrote a letter to corporate and we are still waiting to hear back.

Staff are really friendly. Rooms are always kept clean. Breakfast is pretty good. But usually same menu all days.
Also you guys want to have some stronger coffee.

One issue is in the mornings and evenings there is a bad smell. Maybe because of construction 🚧 next door.

I couldn't forget to write a review. I am very pleased with my experience and the area. This was definitely a nice get away on the weekend. The room is very spacious and smells really up to par. The bathroom is beautiful and the model is very amusing. Comfy bed and I love the reading light that goes above the bed. Overall I enjoyed myself and the jacuzzi was the best part. Front desk workers were really helpful and he helped me with my stay being a great experience

Healing Nights is showing up on website and phone app as 1 to 2pm on the second Sundays, instead of 6pm. Perhaps that can be adjusted. Thanks!

My wife and I have been coming here over a year. From the first time we stepped in, we sensed the people are genuine and loving. Pastor Anthony is definitely kingdom minded and focused. His teachings are accurate and simple to understand. There’s no sugar coating from him. They encourage and help you to discover your gifting and use it. They have a strong culture of worship too!

We've been utterly embraced by the Presence of God in the people & in the teaching! I'm 68 & I have NEVER attended a church service which is so led by His loving Spirit that the Pastor & the congregation are one with the Lord; the church body seeking & worshipping Him together.
This place is on fire to know the Lord no matter what the personal sacrifice. Knowing Jesus intimately & imparting encouragement to others in their own journey with Him, is their firm foundation for expanding the Kingdom.

I met Jesus in a brand-new supernatural way the first time I stepped into Hope. The Believers in this place go all-out to worship the King, and welcome in the Holy Spirit. There's a welcoming community presence that'll make you feel like you're home. I love Hope!

This is one of my favourite churches ever, and I have the distinct privilege of attending every Sunday. God has given us a direction of revival and a culture of an inhabited people. Similarly to the Israelites under Moses with the cloud giving direction, our church is pursuing the kingdom of God and it's His presence that distinguishes us from others and guides us to his promises. Luck doesn't have me here, I believe it is the favour of the Lord. We may have great worship and speaking but what makes our little church great is how God is working. People don't just go to church to hear a good sermon or have a great worship, they come to meet with God. And the best part is that God meets us too. Definitely visit on If you get the chance or are in Seattle. If you allow God to lead you, you won't regret it.
