“I've been a patient of Dr. Cooks for over 2 years, mainly for migraines. I recently injured my back and was in the worst pain of my life. Child birth was a breeze compared to the pain I felt after my silly back injury. I threw out my back putting up Christmas decorations on a Saturday. Didn't do anything too significant to cause such pain. By Monday I was barely able to walk so I called and they were able to get me in ASAP. After two treatments, I feel so much better. Not 100% yet, but to the point where I don't have to take Tylenol 3 times a day and the pain is subsiding. I can walk, sit and even put my shoes on without agonizing pain. I'm super happy with Dr. Cook. I'd give him 10 stars if they allowed it.”

“Might be one of the best Pho I've had in a long time. Huge portions, don't get the large bowl unless you are really hungry. The pork fried rice was delicious and so was the fresh spring rolls. It got an "okay" rating from the health department but the restaurant looked clean. The broth was delicious, service was good. We will definitely be back!”

My 4 instead of 5-start rating is due to the lack of clarity in some processes and the absence of consistent residential impact on procedural issues. “We had 7 projects done in a week in our brand new home in Ten Trails. A mud room, great room bar area, laundry, entertainment center, office and primary closet. All was completed 100% on time. We had a great team starting with Stella Jaeger, the design consultant, Jordon the installation manager, Dallas, the team lead and Salem. I’m attaching pics of the spaces because they turned out just as they were designed on paper. We are very happy with the material and finishes. Stella is great because she was able to strike excellent balance between functionality with design. She always made herself available and even visited the site when the installation was happening. The team was very punctual and respectful and highly competent. I’d recommend Dallas and Salem to anyone who wants a project done. Jordon was very customer oriented person and stepped into resolve any issues we had during the process. Overall we are very happy with their finished products and customer service standards and professionalism.”

Such an awesome concept of wine/cider/coffee bar with light eats (but you can also bring your own), killer view, covered section for hot and cold weather and an area for you to bring your dog! But even better than that? The amazing people that work there. They really build community. They remember who you are, chat when there's time, make recommendations if you are looking to branch out and are all around welcoming. I almost DON'T want to give a review. I'd like to keep our little Des Moines Maria secret, but that wouldn't be fair. This place should not be missed - sun or clouds!”

“We came from out of town and found this playground. It was absolutely perfect! The playground was completely covered so the kiddos didn't get a ton of sun exposure. There also was imitation grass below so we didn't have to worry about sawdust or pebbles. Seeing the planes landing over-head was a treat, as well.”

“My friend and I went to Anthony's for brunch. He ordered the Eggs Benedict and I had the San Juan Scramble. The portions were smaller than I'm used to, but they were perfect since I didn't have to take anything home. The eggs were flavor-blasted but not overbearing, which was an interesting and pleasing combination. The coffee was delicious and my friend was pleased with his Eggs Benedict. The coffee cake was half crumble on top and half cake on the bottom. If that number can be shifted to 2/3 cake and 1/3 crumble, that would be a great improvement. Otherwise, it is a good mass produced coffee cake. The view of the Marina was nice. The server was very responsive and respectful. The rest of the serving staff was also nice and helpful. Overall, there is a clear threshold between fine dining and regular dining. Anthony's blew me away and I would recommend to anyone looking to have brunch with a friend or family.”

“Loved this visit! A quaint little building from the outside with lots of room on the inside, boasting fun local decor. Parking lot is a little tight but also has street parking. Our waitress was fun and provided quick service. My favorite items were the calamari fries and the clam chowder in the bread bowl! The chowder is creamy with generous amount of clam, the bread is soft and soaks up nicely, and the calamari fries were perfectly cooked and tangy with the sauce. I liked the Apple crisp overall, it was great paired with the ice cream. I would come back again here in the future!”
