I had an awesome experience with the property Manager Maquita Glover. She went out of her way to show me available units, go through the whole leasing process, kept me informed all through out and most important able to let me move in twenty four hours later. Love my new place and I can't thank you enough for making this happen. Definitely a world class and a five star performance.

I am very happy living here now that we have new owners, property manager and maintenance team as of September 1st, 2022. Kristen the manager, is a very polite, respectful & people oriented person who cares about her residents, sends weekly bulletins to tenants and Tim the maintenance person & team are very respectful, hard working & professional when doing repairs in my apartment. They are all making a difference & doing well needed improvements to our community. Like opening the pool, putting a gate in by our compactor, paving the parking area, repairing the bridges to apts and getting work orders taken care of in a timely manner!!! Kudos to all of them and thanks for making our community a nicer place to live!!

Great place to call home, All the people who work there are super professional and friendly, They help you during the process to rent an apartment, and make feel is super easy and fast. Anique Parham how she is the manager. She always takes the time to answer you and guide you on any questions you have. And if course the entire team their super awesome, friendly and the apartment complex always looks clean and well take care.
