First, office admin Jenny is incredibly organized, and stayed in good touch via phone with winter weather related scheduling, as well as after the visit via email. Their $50 site visit fee to assess the job was an excellent deal, and will be applied to our bid as soon as we go forward. The guys who came out were totally knowledgeable and gave great advice. I'm sure I'll stick with Pat's Plumbing from now on.
