Northwest Equipment Sales & Rentals

I rented two lifts in total for the same project from NW Equipment (NWE) and I was completely impressed with their service. Anyone can rent you a machine, but how they rent it to you is where NWE shines. I called in a couple different times for various reasons and no matter who picked up the phone, it took them only a moment to look me up and already seem to have an understanding of who I was, what equipment I had, etc. The staff all seemed very in tune with each other and it made a hell of a difference in continuity when having a discussion. Not only would I recommend them, but I will be coming back to them myself, as they have now captured all of my future rental business going forward. These guys just get it.

NW Rentals is the only one rented me an articulated boom lift When all other rentals in Seattle refused, charged too much or cancelled on me on the only window I had. The owner, operator and delivery guy are all very friendly to home owner, speedy response. 谢谢！
