Video Only Federal Way

Mason, the store manager of the Federal Way Branch, gave us excellent customer service when we bought our new big screen tv from video only. He explained and provided detailed information about the different brands, models, led vs qed vs oled which help us decide what we wanted. He even called other stores to get the model we wanted since his branch have no stock at that time. We have a great buying experience without any pressure from him. Than you so much Mason.

Mason explained the difference between the many TV brands (screen technologies) and recommended what model of TV that would work best in our home setting. When my plasma TV unexpectedly died I did a price check at two other places. Video Only saved me money and threw in free cables. Jim gave me outstanding customer service. Very informative and not at all pushy. I highly recommend this place.

Great selection with the 3 TVs we wanted to compare all sitting next to each other. The salesmen were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable of the features. We got a great deal that we knew after lots of research couldn't be beat. Do yourself a favor and check the adds and comparison information on their website because all the model variations and prices can be a little confusing, but don't be afraid to ask. I am very glad we went there and feel great about our purchase.
