Jordan was able to diagnose and address a complex wiring issue that affected several outlets in our home. He works very efficiently and has excellent communication skills. We would recommend him with no reservations whatsoever.

Jordan was very quick to respond, same day service. Very knowledgeable, honest, polite and respectful of our home. He quickly alleviated our fears and was upfront about costs. He charges a fixed fee for the trip but that covers for the first hour. His prices were very reasonable and worth his service. He was very diligent and thorough to check for shocks in one of the outlet, explained in detail the issue and how we can fix some of the stuff ourselves. We will definitely be using his services in the future.
Jordan is nice and knowledgeable. He came to fix our issue in one hour after I called. Although it was a quick fix, he explained to me the reasons that caused the problem, and he took extra efforts to see if he could quickly change the wiring so that we won't encounter similar issue in the future.
The first thing I liked was that Jordan quickly answered his phone when I called to get an estimate. My experience with other electrician firms I have used previously had not responded to the online estimate submission tool nor had they returned voice messages I had left days ago. Jordan was at my home within a 2-3 hours (he was already at a job) and was completely professional, friendly, and quickly performed the light fixture replacement. The price did not bother me as I had already encountered "sticker shock" from plumbers and window replacement firms in the past 2 years. I will definitely keep JP Electric at the top of my list should I require additional electrician services.
