“I've been practicing at this studio for many years now and couldn't be happier to call it my yoga home. They offer a wide range of classes and styles - something for everyone at every level. My practice has grown and I am challenged in every class. All of the teachers I have worked with have a wealth of knowledge and experience and there is a lot of attention paid to proper alignment and taking care of your body. One of the things I love most is that this is not HOT yoga. If I'm working like I should be, I sweat plenty without over-stretching muscles that are too warm. Another thing I love is the sense of community I have found here in new friends and people that truly care about one another and the community in which we live.”

“Deerfield is an exceptional place - great horses, excellent instruction, and a wonderful community! The youth team is an amazing program that is focused not just on developing extraordinary riders, but also on developing extraordinary young women of character. I wish there had been a program like this that I could have been a part of as a child. As an adult, I started taking lessons once a week two years ago, then started leasing one of Deerfield's wonderful horses and experienced my first horse shows, and finally, last October, Katie helped to find me my very own horse. Ranger now lives and trains at Deerfield and he and I completed our first show season together and are part of the adult "non-pro" team. I have ridden horses throughout my life, but the instruction at Deerfield has been beyond anything I've ever experienced before. I've learned so much about riding and about myself, and I'm so thankful that I found a trainer like Katie and a barn like Deerfield!”

It was our first daycare and we were nervous but Deepthi and her staff were loving, supportive, friendly and so good to our little one. “Came to the park , It’s not busy in fall and saw a buck and his family!!! (See photos). This park has nice big grass and dirt trails with water and sand dunes. There’s a slough or creek where your dog can have the best time. Swim , sniff and run. There are wildlife all over, cougars and coyotes. So leash them up if you don’t want to spend hour or two looking for your dog. ( like i do every time but i have a Great Pyrenees who can take care of himself mostly. The park rangers will reprimand you , promises of a fine but for the joy my dog gets it’s worth $95. He’s happy here unlike any other park. wild sniffs that’s my guess!”
