Confluence Park

I love this park so much. It has nice open grassy area, some good trails to run, and some little trails through the wooded areas by the creek.

Update:
Most of the trails are now closed for conservation. I'm torn, because I love conservation, but this was also the place I went to find some peace and calm and the creek is now largely inaccessible.

There is a small playground for kids and a walking trail as well. When the water lever is high you can even go tubing!

It's a cute park and very dog friendly. This is why I'm here. This hole is one of many. Big though. My Rottweiler's entire front leg went down in this one (next to water fountain) and I was shocked how deep it is. Obviously there's a mole? problem. Also, there can be very limited parking.

This place is gorgeous. It is listed as an off leash park on Google, but it is not one of those. People do let their dogs off leash, but there is no safe fenced in areas designated for the pooches. The woods, the little bridge, and the water with the ducks was really enjoyable for my guys.

I love this park. It has so much that makes it great. Beautiful nature trails, with a bridge over the Issaquah Creek that gives you a great view of the confluence itself. The creek is peaceful to listen to and is teeming with wildlife, including salmon. There's even a covered area that is designed to look like a barn. Overall wonderful park that always feels safe, even when it gets dark.
