Incredible service. This guy hand replicated a key that was in multiple shards while other locksmiths in the area had me on hold for 2+ hours. Highly recommend

My lockbox was stolen and fortunately we noticed it. I called and explained what happened and needed to rekey the locks immediately. They fit me in same day after hours! They explained that I should change my deadbolt configuration but I didn’t get it…Then the very next week my office was broken into by breaking the window and reaching in and turning the deadbolt. Bonafide guys came out again within hours and changed out the dead bolt. They didn’t say, “I told you so!” But I did🤣 I told the service man thankyou so very much but I hope I won’t see you again. If I do, I will always call them! 👍🏽

I had Bonafide in Issaquah rekey a new wi-fi dead bolt. Could not ask for anything more. Done when they said it would be with a quick courtesy call like they said they would. The price was great too.
Will defiantly use them again without hesitation
