Their their live chat feature is great if you are home working and have any questions during the process. They are also super helpful if you go into the store. They will help you design exactly what you want. The products they produce are of exceptional quality. This is my second time to use them for invitations, mailing labels and envelopes. “So I ordered two pairs of floperators (one pair for the wife and one for myself) and a set of the subdued US flag patches. The shoes showed up faster then expected and they are true to size (I am a 10.5 so the 11 fit perfect). The only thing was the patches were left out. I contacted your company via instant message and I got an immediate response and was told that they would be sent immediately. That is the kind of customer service I like. I am so impressed that I ordered a pair of AK-47’s and I am waiting for them to be delivered. I can’t say enough good things so far about this company.
