I bought a camper cover for my tow trailer over 3 years ago from amazon and it ended up ripping. I emailed their support team and no questions asked, I received a brand new one to my door. I didn't even have to answer any questions. I really appreciate them doing the right thing and taking care of me. I'm a customer for life now. Also thanks for not making me deal with Amazon support. :) Thanks again for being awesome!

Got the duck cover for my firewood rack and am extremely happy! This cover is so much better than the others. My ShelterLogic cover didn't last well at all. I will be adding more Duck covers to our patio furniture.

had some tears in my permapro deluxe cover, filled out warranty info on cover. we received a new cover within two weeks. That is the best customer service I have ever received from any company !!! Thankyou

I bought a Classic Accessories boat cover from Costco (17-19FT) and it was to perfect until I noticed the strap nylon started fraying. I got in contact with Classic Accessories about the issue and sent pictures over and without skipping a beat, they sent out a new boat cover.

I am very impressed with the customer service and will look for more things to purchase from this company due to excellent customer service.
