U-Pack

U-pack is awesome! We have used them before for a cross country move, but that was 15 years ago. This cross country was seamless. They were all very responsive and helpful. I will definitely use them again!

Everything went very well and I would probably use this service and U-PACK again. They were very prompt and organized and everything went smoothly during the process. However, we did suffer some damage to some fairly expensive pieces of furniture from the way they were packed into the cube by the U-PACK load crew. Although the unload crew noted and photographed the damage, no one from U-PACK/ABF has contacted us after three weeks. One of the reasons for choosing U-PACK over their primary competitor in the cube/pod shipping business was that they owned all the companies involved in the process including the load/unload service provider, but so far it has not seemed to have made a difference.

Used U-Pack for an out of state move. Knew I want to go the shipping container route so I researched a few options and U-Pack came back with the best price. Everything worked exacted how I had hoped.

I recently used U-Pack to move cross country, during the pandemic no less, and the entire process from start to finish was so unbelievably smooth! I called to get a quote and ask a few questions months before our move; the representative advised that I make a reservation with them to lock in the price and then walked me through all their different options. The details of our move were very flexible and up in the air for a while, and each time I spoke with a U-Pack rep they were so kind and understanding. The process of actually moving, getting the trailer dropped off at point A and B was so easy! The team is very communicative, and I got updates the entire time. Once we arrived to our new home, they were able to drop off the trailer for unloading the next day and pick up of the empty trailer was very quick and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough! Kind, efficient, cost effective and incredibly easy to work with.
