Great. The service I needed unfortunately was not something they were able to do. They communicated and were really educational on what steps to take next. I picked my car up and thay had even washed it for me. They didn't charge me anything. Next time I need something and that they do, I'll use them 100%

This was the 1st time I used Juanita Firs 76 station.
Based on my treatment there- I will be a repeat customer!
I needed an oil change. Called & scheduled a ‘wait’ appointment.
Arrived a couple of minutes before my designated time.
The cashier advised me of the wait time - took my phone number and gave my key fob to him.
I went for a walk - came back and my car wasn’t quite done.
The technicians here do a safety inspection on your car. This is after the oil change is completed.
Shortly after I was told it would be a few minutes more; I received a text notification with things that needed attention.
Their analysis provided more info than I have ever, ever received after an oil change!

Extremely thorough!

I have been a loyal customer at Juanita firs 76 for many years. The people are super nice and their service is exceptional! I would recommend any friends of mine to go to their shop, no doubt!

Great service station. Honest and straight forward. Does a detailed analysis of vehicle and recommends services by priority with an online link and pictures. Decent waiting area with wifi. One area of improvement: The brake service I got done at this place wasn't great and I decided to do any brake service elsewhere.

This is a great shop! Speedy repairs and service, honest mechanics with detailed diagnostics including photos. To top it off great prices!!
