“My boyfriend had a surgery in August of 2020. Dr. Hall did an amazing job with the surgery. His wounds were healing pretty slow, and Dr. Hall would check up on him every week until it was completely healed. He’s very caring and is very experienced. His nurse Jennifer is also very pleasant. Had an amazing experience here. Definitely would recommend Dr.Hall for surgeries.”

“I was admitted to Res12 in Dec 2013 until Jan2nd 2014. My counselor was Jen Taylor. I loved it there!! My only regret was that it wasn't a 90 day program!! I had to to be discharged a few days early due to resp/bronchitis. The staff was so wonderful!! The nurse (victoria) was a godsend --- I loved ALL THE STAFF (esp marni who did the massages!!! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR TREATMENT!!! I had tears in my eyes when I left!!! Thank you, Res12, for what you did for me, and all the support you gave me !!! I love you all!!!!”

The facility has very large rooms with lots of daylight and fresh air. Place for two to sleep in room with your family member and you always feel welcome. When someone you love deeply is dying this facility and the professionals here make the transition as lovely, peaceful and loving as it can be. My family is so blessed to have these beautiful people and this facility for my mother while she departs, I am forever grateful. I highly recommend!!!”

“I have been a dialysis patient for 14 years. I have been to many different centers. Northwest Kidney Center is the very best in the entire country. And was the first. The Kirkland location is my very favorite. It's nice and new and big and they have heated chairs. Plus there's plenty of free parking and plenty of handicap parking. Also they aren't super booked up all the time so it's a lot easier to switch your time or come in early or late then it is at other locations. Plus the employees here are wonderful. I would give it 10 Stars if I could :-)”
