They provided me concrete and helpful suggestions when I wanted to add new vent in the bedroom. They also helped me install Nest Thermostats while I was out for food. The only thing is they really shouldn't skip lunch for their hard work :) Jamie also deserves an applause. Had some minor engine trouble a few days later, Erik from the service team was very understanding. They were able to help me get it completely taken care of even though I live 5 hours away!
