“I was admitted to Res12 in Dec 2013 until Jan2nd 2014. My counselor was Jen Taylor. I loved it there!! My only regret was that it wasn't a 90 day program!! I had to to be discharged a few days early due to resp/bronchitis. The staff was so wonderful!! The nurse (victoria) was a godsend --- I loved ALL THE STAFF (esp marni who did the massages!!! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR TREATMENT!!! I had tears in my eyes when I left!!! Thank you, Res12, for what you did for me, and all the support you gave me !!! I love you all!!!!”

“Most compassionate, caring and kind nurses, physicians and aides you’ll ever experience. Each and every professional here truly cares about the comfort and care of your loved one. The facility has very large rooms with lots of daylight and fresh air. Place for two to sleep in room with your family member and you always feel welcome. When someone you love deeply is dying this facility and the professionals here make the transition as lovely, peaceful and loving as it can be. My family is so blessed to have these beautiful people and this facility for my mother while she departs, I am forever grateful. I highly recommend!!!”

“I have been a dialysis patient for 14 years. I have been to many different centers. Northwest Kidney Center is the very best in the entire country. And was the first. The Kirkland location is my very favorite. It's nice and new and big and they have heated chairs. Plus there's plenty of free parking and plenty of handicap parking. Also they aren't super booked up all the time so it's a lot easier to switch your time or come in early or late then it is at other locations. Plus the employees here are wonderful. I would give it 10 Stars if I could :-)”

“Purchased a 2013 Flex last month, my experience with these guys have been great! Peter was really nice and no pressure, big difference from a lot of the other sales people I've dealt with recently. Him and the finance team worked with me for a good deal on the car. I had the keys the next day along with an inspection report. Had some minor engine trouble a few days later, Erik from the service team was very understanding. They were able to help me get it completely taken care of even though I live 5 hours away!
