The really awesome part is that she does such a great job that it grows out really well too. She is so friendly and easy to talk to. Obviously she's booked out for months but she is worth the wait!! The massages were fantastic, though I can see how people would find it a bit impersonal but the quality of the massages were so good that I frankly don't mind the lack of conversation. We asked for foot massages, which entailed so many additional techniques that we were convinced that they had given us a different/better service than we ordered. Additionally, they accommodated a last minute change in appointment time. We will definitely be back, it's just a wonderful feeling and an excellent price.”

“Extremely impressed with this hotel. Very clean and they had way more to offer than similarly priced hotels nearby including: daily breakfast, laundry, basketball court, pool, and printing which we took full advantage of. (Note: the laundry takes quarters so get those from the front desk.) We even used the dishwasher in the room a few times with the provided plates/utensils. When the AC started acting up the manager upgraded our room for two nights to the "apartment style" which was fantastic. We stayed here two weeks while awaiting our household goods to be delivered (overseas military move). It was such a good experience we went back a week later for two more nights when we got tired of sleeping on air mattresses. So far customer service in the Homestead area has been terrible literally everywhere except here. I don't know why that is, but it was a breath of fresh air to get some genuine hospitality. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They even provided a crib for our baby, complimentary waters, and advice on navigating the area. Special shoutouts to Sasha and Michael at the front desk for their exceptional service. 👏”
