Wonderful experience at this branch. Staff was extremely helpful with informing me of the different accounts and services. They were able to decide the best product for me and my family. The manager is very hands on and interacts with customers on a daily basis.

This is my new local branch, and they've been very helpful and professional. I had an issue with a debit card theft where the 1800 PNC number left me hanging out to dry and did nothing. I went into this bank thinking I was out of luck, but an employee Jonathan Lee took care of everything. I got the money back in a week and he immediately locked the account to prevent any further loss. He was extremely helpful. The front desk staff were polite as well. Can't say anything bad about this branch.
