Once I arrived, I realized the salon was very clean, she sanitized the pens I would be using and then she then directed me to wash my hands - this is during COVID so i appreciated the extra measures. Jackie not only gave me a great cut but she also made me feel very comfortable. She listened to what kind of cut I wanted and checked with me a few times to ensure it was going well.
