Empire Coffee

Okay four stars because the young lady who helped was very capable and sweet and took the time to make my very customized drink exactly as I requested it but there wasn't much as far as the menu goes and I know it's probably a struggling location because there is a lot of regular traffic but maybe they get it certain times a day but at this time there wasn't much they don't offer much by way of menu items and I was kind of looking for a snack and there wasn't much to be had but the drink was really well made so for what they are set up to do they do it well and again the stuff or at least the young lady who helped me was very accommodating.

My husband and I love visiting Empire coffee! The baristas are always SO friendly and always go the extra mile to make the experience great. We enjoy their coffee, tea and breakfast sandwiches and our pup is always greeted with a cookie. When they learned it was his “gotcha day” they asked if they could make him a puppicinno and it totally made his day and ours. Thank you Empire Coffee for being a great part of our community!

So far, this place has the best espresso I've found in and around Des Moines. The drive through is super convenient, the staff is friendly and awesome, and the coffee is delicious.

Best coffee I have ever had. I take 4 shots of espresso over ice, and I can't get enough! Tastes almost like chocolate, love whatever beans they use! Very smooth yet rich.
The staff here is outstanding, very quick and friendly.
So happy to find a place that remembers me too, that really puts the icing on the cake! Keep doing your thang yall!
