We tried to contact them a couple times to do some current projects and they never got back to us. We called them back a month or two later and ignored us all together. They are nearing retirement. Just be honest and say we are limiting the amount of work we take in rather than saying we'll get back to you and never reply. Three of my family members got the same response. First it was contact us in three months. So we did. Then they said contact us again in six months. So we did. Then they told us contact us back in four month. Gee I guess you don't want the business. All three of us got the same reply for different furniture pieces we wanted mended. We shall seek else where. It's a shame we've been very happy with this company for years. We always support small companies before going to a big company. Guess it's big company this time. 2020

I had a antique child's rocking chair that had been in my family for generations. I wanted to give it to my new granddaughter. Memory Mender did an excellent job!! Working with them was a pleasure and the workmanship was superb. Will absolutely use them again. They deserve every star they earned.
