“This store is very clean unlike the store on Southcenter Boulevard in Tukwila. I was able to find everything it's ease and get out within a reasonable time frame. Checking out wasn't bad just a few people in line. I highly recommend going to this Ross. The reason why I gave four stars is because they were low on stock. It didn't impact my shopping experience but it may others. Or maybe they were just trying to get material out on the floor. I may have come at the wrong time.”

“I have been to so many tanning salons over the years. This is hands down the best. I was immediately greeted by Janie when I walked through the door. She exudes stellar customer service. She thoroughly explained the different packages. I felt confident and informed. There are no hidden fees or surprises. Janie is so knowledgeable with the lotions. I ended up getting one for body and one for face. She showed me how to used the tanning bed. About 2 weeks had passed and Janie was off every time I came in. “This clinic from my experience has great doctors. Sometimes the wait can be almost 2hrs but at least it’s faster than your regular doctors office. I had pain in my throat for around two weeks. I finally went there and the Doc told me it was strep. He told me usually they prescribe antibiotics but said it looked like my immune system was winning so he wouldn’t give me anything for it. I was impressed with that since it seems many Doctors push and throw the meds without really caring to investigate.”

“They made us feel so comfortable with the end of life care decision. The doctor and the assistant were so understanding and went above and beyond with their bedside manner. I was sceptical about a "chain" veterinarian but feel that I would return with this kind of caring ethic. My only issue today, was that it took a while (in line) while waiting to check in for this emotional visit. I can only hope that no one has to wait any length of time having this special appointment.
