John at Atlantic Self Storage 7020 Normandy was absolutely amazing. He helped me out tremendously after uhaul screwed me over on a storage shed. He showed me available units and helped me decide the best for for me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage. John is the best manager and I will definitely be back for any future storage needs.

John was a huge help in finding the right storage unit for me and saved me a ton of money! He has a great personality, is a major people's person, and not only did he help me but he provided great service to the other customers throughout our visit. I'd recommend anybody looking for a great deal and awesome customer service to head over there and ask for John!

Very helpful staff. Rented here for two years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Nice clean facility. Staff has been helpful to a fault. Even calling to remind me when I forgot to send my payment. They even made up the difference when I sent a check for the wrong amount. It was less than a dollar but was very appreciated.
