“I just want to say this place is amazing! The staff that is employed is very friendly and is always more than willing to help you and guess what they aren’t conversation duds!! You can sit there and have a nice conversation through your whole transaction. Gas prices not their fault! But customer service and prices on their in store products are amazing! I will continue to come here daily just because how I am treated here! Don’t listen to the cop guy below because when they call the cops it’s for trespassing and trust me those people are and Karen below as well…. We’ll just review here reviews….. if something doesn’t meet her needs it’s immediately awful 1 star unless it’s tacos…. Don’t let people ruin a place for you because it doesn’t meet their standards! Many unique electives are offered, too, such as cardboard box construction and storage. “I owed Mark a good review since my last time opening up an account to rent a storage here. Mark was very helpful, professional, patient, and kind. He explained everything to me thoroughly so it was a smooth check in and move in for me. Today I had to transfer my stuff to a smaller unit and again Mark's service was excellent. He helped explain the transfer process and how it would work for my monthly payment. He also helped me save a one-time admin fee (if i were to do a unit transfer online) by suggesting coming in to do it in person. Besides the great service I have received here, this place is very clean and bright. I would recommend it to anyone!”
