Thanks jeff for all your help and your customer service
Well let me say this, I was beyond frustrated with my internet service and lack of clear connection. I walked into a welcoming atmosphere and was met by Brenda at the door. She gave me great advice and not only fixed my issue but also recommended me an awesome plan for my kids especially with them going back to school. Awesome job!
Beautiful Family to Family is true to its name. During the 3+ years our mother was there, the nurturing care she received could not have been any better. She felt secure, engaged, comfortable, content, and her kids had peace of mind. Manuela was always accessible whenever we had questions. It was truly the best combination of assisted living in an adult family home package with skilled nursing thrown in. We were truly blessed.
Great service the lady i believe her name is Edis (sorry if i misspelled) was super nice and helped me greatly. 👍
A great place for senior care in Sammamish. You can tell Manuela really loves her work. This is definitely something that speaks volumes to the level of care that is given at this facility. You can rest assured knowing your loved one is in caring hands when they live here.
If you are searching for compassionate and professional care for yourself or a loved one, look no further. This is a unique family setting in a beautiful home with caregivers who provide very personal and hands on care for the residents and their families.
First I need to say how anyone can give this wonderful place a one star rating must be a competitor because Family to Family truly is a blessing and amazing place. I like so many promised my mother we would never put her in a home or facility. Little did I know she would fall victim to multiple dementia's and Alzheimer's. I kept mom in my home with the help of amazing in home caregivers but even with all of the extra help mom's condition deteriorated to the point of safety being compromised. We visited many homes and facilities to put her in and gave up....there was no way we would put mom in a place I describe as putting lipstick on a pig. You walk in and the entrance and grounds are nice, they offer expensive marketing materials and a parting gift... but once you go deep into the facility it was unclean, unsafe and unstimulating. Then through a recommendation I visited Family to Family....never a doubt that this was going to be a great place. They made my precious mom's final year a safe, happy, clean, inspirational and purposeful time. There are many activities, parties, celebrations and laughter...thank you Manuela, Dan, the caregivers and the kids. You are my family forever!
Both of my parents spent their final years at Ideal Senior Care and I will always appreciate the exceptional care and great environment. My dad (whose picture in on the website) had Alzheimer's disease and my mother had multiple health issues including congestive heart failure and diabetes. The pending loss of a loved one and their end of life care is challenging in so many ways and I don't know what I would have done without Manuela, Dan and their wonderful staff. As far as I'm concerned Manuela is truly an angel on earth and she is so perfect for this type of work - she's exceptionally competent and exudes a serene calmness that is so reassuring (nothing stresses her out - when we first met she was working on her nursing degree, managing the business and had just had her first child!). Additionally, Ideal Senior Care provides a true family environment and now there's three adorable kids! In many ways Manuela, her family and the other residents became my extended family and we were always welcome for visits. I will forever be thankful for the loving, compassionate and exceptional care provided to my parents (and I know they felt the same way).
