“I was feeling energy depleted all the time and knew I had to have a fitness program and health regime. I was not new to exercise but lacked knowledge on good weight training technique and needed to know where to start. That's when I came across Maria on Google. Maria is an exceptional fitness trainer as well as a registered dietitian. When we first began, she developed a personal fitness regime and talked me through a good diet plan to reach my health goals. Maria has in depth knowledge of every body part and helped design a personalized exercise plan. She is very detailed oriented and taught me the proper technique for every exercise. During her assessment she found the areas that I personally needed to improve. She added a lot of exercises for my core and strength. She gave me exercises to improve my hip mobility and that helped with my flexibility and knee problems. She also influenced, made me aware and conscious of what I eat. She shared easy and quick recipes with simple everyday ingredients. Maria is also a very easy person to talk to and extremely reachable and prompt. I feel now I can independently follow my workout plan. I look at exercise in a different light now and it doesn't bore or tire me anymore. I feel much better around my hip and my flexibility has improved with each day. I am also reaching my weight loss goals. This has been a productive experience for me. “Love love the dentist and staff here. They are absolutely amazing. Very patient with children even the most resistant. I read a post about him not caring about his minority patients and I just don’t believe that to be true. We are an African American family and the dentist and his staff have always been super sweet and accommodating for us. My, son is on the spectrum and the patients of his entire team is absolutely phenomenal. We have been with him over 2 years now. We live about an hour from Sammamish now and still make the drive because he’s that good.”

“Back in October of 2017 I began communicating with the Sales Rep Danny from Valentine Roofing. I was communicating for 2 neighbors and myself. I received at least 6 estimates for my roof, negotiating, reading reviews and talking to other neighbors. From day 1 Valentine has been extremely responsive. I have not been the easiest customer, I am sure I drove Danny crazy with all my questions! After all was said and done we chose Valentine and signed the contract in early March (I was the one that drug my feet from October....NOT VALENTINE). We went with Valentine for several reasons 1) I value reviews and great customer service 2) I value doing business with a company who is upfront and honest 3) I saw the beautiful work they did on 3 neighbors houses while we were dragging our feet. Once we were assigned a PM, Salvador, I received phone calls and emails thoroughly explaining the scope of the project. Loved Salvador! Monday April 2nd our materials were delivered, the same morning the crew began removing the old roof! They worked until 7pm Monday and were back at it to finish the project Tuesday....YES....my roof was complete in 1 1/2 days and it looks FANTASTIC. This crew was off the charts, their care for my spring flowers, their precautions to cover the entire yard (although quite small) with tarps as to not leave any debit in the yard was outstanding. Clearly Valentine is doing something right....you don't have employees that are so kind, respectful and just overall good people if you are not treating them properly! YES, I would 100% recommend Valentine. I will say, they were not the cheapest estimate, but for a roof I find tremendous value in the company and the project that is being done. I had 1 other bid I was seriously considering and then read reviews on his company...... thank you Valentine for a job well done.”
