Great service. I contacted Tammy regarding a pressure washer that would not start. Initially, I was told it would be about a week to get it looked at and serviced. I explained to Tammy that I needed it back before a week and she said to bring it in. They were able to take care of it on the spot. I was not treated rudely or like a second class citizen. I needed a new mower. I was tired of throwing money after two mowers that just continued to break. I had a John Deere Z225 Zero Turn and. Husqvarna Gh2654 riding mower. I researched Bad Boy mowers and found that they really had Great reviews.
After contacting Mac Daddy, I was greeted with a kind voice and a super helpful person. I later found out Tamara is o e of the owners. Honestly she went above and beyond what I expected. She took the time to explain the difference in models and engines. Yes, there are differences you should know other than it cuts grass. Tamara gave me a mower education. She took care of the financing, set-up and delivery. Even Dan the delivery man was so professional taking his time going over the mower just to make sure I knew how everything works. Mac Daddy has earned my business now and in the future. A+++
