“We were so impressed by the whole team at Homewell. Every experience was positive and they really helped us through a difficult time with my mother-in-law. Kerry, Laura, Mari, Rose and Geralyn all showed tremendous care, responsiveness and attention to detail. I was wary at first of how this would work and looked at many agencies. So glad we found what we needed with Homewell. The caretakers connected with my MIL and had a nice balance of visiting and getting tasks done. When a substitute caretaker didn't impress us to the same level, Homewell was very responsive and dealt with it professionally and quickly. As we prepared for assisted living, the Homewell team got us ready by going through items to pack vs donate and talking through her feelings about the move. I just can't recommend this agency enough. Well worth every reasonably-priced penny.”

“I own a 1905 Victorian in Wallingford. The roof has many angles,,,,, as in the House of the Seven Gables.... The roof had had numerous repairs and had never had plywood installed. This was a big undertaking. I obtained four estimates. Budget Roofing had the best price. They tore off several layers, put new plywood everywhere, and replaced some trim pieces that were not part of the bid. They did this in the most unobtrusive way and completed the job in only three days. The house has a very large skylight that used to leak all the time. In the last few days, we have had record rains in Seattle and the top floor of the house is bone dry, including the area around the skylight. I own four houses in Seattle and have dealt with many contractors. I think this is one of the best companies I have dealt with across the board.”

“This place is so amazing with all the frozen foods they are offering! They have saved me from so many nights during lockdown, because of how simple and easy it is to steam or fry up some of their delicious dumplings/buns. The pan fried dumplings are super easy and the filling is so fantastic. It is flavorful and juicy. Taste like the ones I grew up eating in China.”

The mail address for this place is a bit tricky for auto-generated addresses (online validation) so my mailbox # is usually omitted, but the crew sorts it all for us and we get everything. I appreciate the extra effort. After hours access to mailbox is also very nice.”
