I've been seeing Andrea at That's The Spot Pilates for over 5 years. In that time I've experienced a vast improvement in my flexibility and core strength. Not only is working out at That's The Spot a health benefit, it is also good for the soul. I love that it's a private studio. It's always a fun group of wonderful people - all there to get in a good work-out - with a lot of laughter. I highly recommend this place whether you are new to Pilates or looking for a new place to practice.
