“The best steak and eggs breakfast I have had in 30 years of constant business travel always hunting for a good steak and eggs breakfast. Excellent meat, superbly prepared, and the breakfast potatoes are also uniquely great. When I am in Seattle, regardless of what hotel I am staying at, I always come here for breakfast.”

“Awesome waterfront place to enjoy a breakfast. There are plenty of tables/seats so perfect place to kick back while wait for your ferry. They serve vita coffee and the breakfast burritos was yummy.”

“This place is exactly what we look for in breakfast spot when we've only got a couple minutes to eat, but don't want fast food. It's located across the parking lot from the waterfront Marriott it was the perfect place to grab something unique and delicious to go! The Opla, basically a very fancy skillet, is a Vietnamese dish that combines runny eggs, meat and some veggies in a delightful little skillet! When you walk in, you're greeted by a small counter, seating for about 20 people and some pictures of the options on the wall. Everything looks incredibly advertising and I'm happy to report the actual food matched the The picturesque expectations! They have half a dozen different options which are all variations on the meat or accompanying protein. We tried the Vietnamese version which included eggs, grilled pork, meatballs and some pickled veggies. Everything is served with a really delicious baguette and by the time we were done, we were all planning on how we could try another one! Different variations include, as expected, different meats and veggies from different regions of the world. They also serve Bahn Mi, which I’m excited to go back and try for lunch someday! This place is a great little spot that’s right down on the waterfront and will introduce you to a dish that you probably haven’t tried before, but that you almost assuredly will love!”

“My wife and I dropped in for a mid day snack, and we're pleasantly surprised with a sleek modern cafe. I really appreciate the design of this place. If I lived by I would come here to get some work done. The coffee and tea were great. Most places have either a week watery cold brew, but this place was rich and deep. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking good coffee.”

“Yi Sport is the place you bring your kid if you want them to be challenged. The boys and girls that stick with it learn mental toughness, discipline, self-respect, and become excellent athletes along the way. This is so because of the tremendous devotion and depth of expertise Coach Lionel Lee, Coach Sara, and Coach Khalil bring to the work the work they do in the gym. The emphasis is on Olympic style Taekwondo sparring. The drills and conditioning are in preparation for tournament sparring, at which Yi Sport fighters excel. In addition to excellent coaching, the success the has seen at tournaments at all levels is owed to the uniquely supportive community of parents and team mates that has developed over the years. I can't imagine a group of kids I would rather have my boys hanging out with. For children with national level competitive aspirations, this is where you go to get your training. More important, I'm happy that my children are getting a taste of what it takes to be good at something; an experience I know they will draw on again and again in life.”

“Authentic and high quality ingredients. Reasonable pricing and portion sizing--pretty sure the meat portions are bigger than at the popular hot pot place down the street. Nice dipping sauce bar. Very friendly, quick, and attentive service. Definitely take the server's advice when choosing how spicy you'd like your broth. I noticed when I went that they had forgotten to turn on their "Open" sign, so don't assume they're closed if the sign's not on. Added bonus: Air conditioning! Unlike a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, you can keep cool while you eat.”
