(July 12, 2015, 1:25 am)My first experience at this Seattle Meditation Center. The facility is beautiful, and the program with guest, Sharon Salzberg was amazing. I can't wait until tomorrow, which is day 2. I will be visiting this venue often. One doesn't have to be a Buddhist to benefit from her teachings. I highly recommend!
