Amazing.. had my Range dropped off they called next day told me issue was easy fix didn't charge me huge amount and told me how to fix issue if it happens again.. from the front to the back these guys are solid .. ONLY place I will take my Range from now on . Thank you.
Gord’n is incredibly hard working, honest and fair. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my Land Rover needs!
The BEST Land Rover mechanic I have ever come across in the industry (and I travel full time so I run into a lot of them)! Extremely knowledgeable and hilarious, I don’t have anything else to say besides you’re in the best hands- don’t go anywhere else.
Good people work here at Lamorna! My ‘08 Range Rover needed a new starter, and Gordon and Miriam had me running again in one business day once the part arrived. They worked with my extended warranty who, due to pandemic short-staffing, put them on hold for over two hours! Lamorna’s team kept my final total at the deductible for my service plan, which was incredible considering the time they waited on hold, and they worked with the part that my warranty company shipped them which meant storing the truck over the weekend while the part was being shipped. Efficient, caring service with the customers dollar and best interest in mind is what everybody should experience at a repair garage and I hope more Land Rover owners can know that it is here in Seattle’s Greenwood area at Lamorna Garage.
I have been going to Gordon's shop for 19 years for my NAS 1993 Defender 110. Originally the dealer worked on it for a short period (they sold me warranty) naturally I had them fix everything I could find wrong. When I needed to replace the y-pipe they couldn't get one. I got it from Rovers North, the dealer couldn't figure out how to install it and they told me go to Gordon. They told me most reliable knowledgeable Land Rover mechanic, period. So I did. So far he has always had the ability to find what is wrong, know what's wrong and fix it. He also, when I get an idea in my head for some mod I want to do, he tells me what we might uncover.... before we start the job. A five year old Range Rover can have a ton of issues, a ten year old Discovery more, so imagine a 24 year old truck! Every day is an adventure with a Land Rover. It leaks oil in all the right places, it's loud, sometimes uncomfortable, a workout to drive and it's the best vehicle I have ever owned and I daresay the best I will ever own! Major mods to my truck include converting it to a 300tdi, rear discs, vented discs in front, stronger axles. And improved the handbrake to a more modern version. It's that kind of stuff that makes Land Rover fanatics go to Lamorna Garage! Gordon is honest, hard working, and he still finds time to counsel others and manage one of the soup kitchens in the area!
