“Good people work here at Lamorna! My ‘08 Range Rover needed a new starter, and Gordon and Miriam had me running again in one business day once the part arrived. They worked with my extended warranty who, due to pandemic short-staffing, put them on hold for over two hours! Lamorna’s team kept my final total at the deductible for my service plan, which was incredible considering the time they waited on hold, and they worked with the part that my warranty company shipped them which meant storing the truck over the weekend while the part was being shipped. Efficient, caring service with the customers dollar and best interest in mind is what everybody should experience at a repair garage and I hope more Land Rover owners can know that it is here in Seattle’s Greenwood area at Lamorna Garage.”

“I called Harley's service dept. for a quote on a handlebar swap. I was stunned! So I decided to call Bill at Mayhem (having heard a couple of good things through friends) and I'm glad I did! He was upfront and honest about the cost and overall their team was super easy to work with. I don't trust the dealership as far as I can spit, but Mayhem? Quality work and integrity. The buckhorn bar swap on my bike looks amazing and they performed a clean detailed installation that came in right about what he quoted me. They even found 2 electrical short issues and repaired them that the dealer did on prior work! Unless its warranty work, skip the dealer and visit Mayhem. You will not be sorry!”

“I started taking my vehicles to Matt’s as soon as I could drive and own them, prior to that all the family cars were taken there for 25 years or so. Matt and his employees are solid people to trust with your vehicles and they are great at going over everything they have worked on and or that they should work on. Things to be aware of is that they only do Japanese vehicles, they have two locations so don’t show up at the wrong one, and they wait times to get in are fairly long sometimes which shows the quality of the establishment. My only ever issue has been that I went in for a all around safety and reliability check to clear my truck for daily reliable commutes only for some critical stuff to break a few months later at a very In convenient time. Despite how great at their job everyone is they can’t see everything that needs to be fixed so you can’t find fault there, and when it was a question of checking their work they did it free of charge. 10/10 would recommend either of the locations. And will continue to take all my vehicles there as long as own Japanese cars.”

She was patient with all my followup questions, and also advised me of something to look out for that I hadn't noticed, without trying to pressure me to take care of it immediately. “Long overdue but Aaron and his team did a great job on washing and detailing my vehicle. I have a Subaru Forester and opted for heavy interior and exterior detail services for a medium sized vehicle. I had yet to get professional detailing done for my car and frequented touchless car washes and occasionally vacuumed the interior myself. I had gone on a few camping and beach trips and there was mud, sand, and some dog hair inside. The drop off process with Aaron was easy and the job took all day but was definitely worth it. My Forester was so shiny and clean it looked like when I had just bought it from the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed and will return for detailing again really soon!”
