“My mother spent several years in their long-term care wing and was treated very well. The staff were attentive and called whenever they needed direction on her care or had recommendations. They also took her for outside doctor appointments as needed. Then early this year, my mother's health was failing badly at 91 and was moved to their Hospice wing. As I live across the country, this was the period when I spent the most time at the Kline Galland facility and got to see the day-to-day workings, as well as get to know the staff, close up. “I arrived at Alan Lloyd's office in extreme pain, from a frozen shoulder, a condition that typically results in about two years of immobility and pain in the affected arm. Mine started in April, became intolerable in May when I started my hunt for a magic bullet to relieve the excruciating pain. By the time I arrived at Alan's office, I had tried a number of traditional and alternative treatments, none of which made any difference. But, during my first session with Alan the pain was reduced by about half, with the remainder being taken care of during the second session. By now (October), the pain in my arm is completely gone, and the 'capsulitis' in the shoulder is starting to loosen up and relax, meaning that I can use my arm much more normally.
