The quote was accurate, they caught what other roofers missed during their estimates (I saw it with my own eyes and their call-outs lined up with proper roofing standards I read about online), they were able to get it done quickly and their crew was timely, polite and efficient. The best part; they came 15% below my other estimates because they don't have the same overhead as other companies (example: no TV/radio commercials). I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a very dry summer in 2020, with almost no rain. So when we had our first September downpour, our ceiling started leaking. I called many roofing companies and they are all booked solid for at least two weeks. That’s when Sam came to the rescue. He was able to schedule me in and came to my house for an estimate in the same week. After walking me through with the entire process, he identified the problem and explained why that specific area of my ceiling was leaking. We opted for a new roof on the spot, as our old roof was at the end of its life.

Sam’s crew came on a Monday, around noon time. The two-person crew were completely done with the new roof by Wednesday afternoon. They even remember to clean after themselves every night before taking off. We did had more plywood replacement than anticipated. But Sam called prior to installation to get my permission. Really appreciate his honesty and transparency. He is always courteous and accessible. I had already recommended him to our neighbor and a friend who is looking to replace their roof.
