“I am a Geriatric Residential Placement Specialist. Over the past 20 years I have worked closely with Affiliated Mental Health staff, most recently with; Mary, Gregory and Elizabeth. Our combined cases are often complicated by dementia, drugs and alcohol, family dysfunction, evictions and resistance to care. Additionally, many of their clients are referred from psychiatric hospitals under civil commitment. In spite of extreme circumstances, Mary, Gregory and Elizabeth have proven themselves skilled and compassionate, and able to navigate care planning, and care options - with my assistance, to create and sustain the best possible outcomes for their clients they have served and now serving.
