“I love Target but this store needs more checkers. Even given the wait the staff is always professional and upbeat. For me Target is a great place to shop for donations to my favorite non-profs!”

“This is my favorite boba place in West Seattle! I go there all the time. The owner is always really kind and the food is great. I’d recommend the okinawa milk tea, and don’t forget a crepe to go with it! They have tons of options. I think it’s really important to support our local businesses. Pearls might not look fancy on the outside, but it’s a great spot in our community. 5 stars!”

“Don installed an over-range microwave/vent for us in our 1950s construction home. The kitchen had not previously been vented, so in addition to securing the microwave to the wall he also had to go through our ceiling/roof to install the vent. Lastly, he made a box to cover the venting so it all looked more attractive. All in all he did great, professional work, was very courteous and respectful about being in our home, and mindful about our sleeping toddler. We’ll hire him again in the future!”

“This Ace Hardware branch is not the largest by any means yet somehow they keep an impressive array of stock in a relatively confined space. What I truly love about this branch however are the staff, it very much feels like a mom and pop store with familiar staff who always come across engaged, knowledgeable and helpful. I always choose this store over one of the larger stores even if its slightly more expensive because the staff are SO much nicer to interact with.”

“I simply can not say enough for this remarkable artist and author. True genius is perhaps close. Her artistry and mastery of her craft is extraordinary. She has co-authored, Quilting Modern: Techniques and Projects for Improvisational Quilts. (Find on Amazon.) I was lucky enough to take a class from her not knowing a thing about this art form. I fell in love with her technique. And what a teacher she is! Actually she acts as much as a collaborator allowing the student to grow as as artists. I followed up my class with an Open Studio at her own studio in West Seattle. After the second open studio I will have completed my quilt. (See below.) I have signed up for another open studio and more workshops. Her website is amazing.”

“After going to a local music store to get my flute cleaned, things were a bit off and left it unplayable. Alexander Eppler did a thorough and quick job fixing it to play again. He knows his way around a flute for sure and I will never take my instrument to anyone else. Very good, affordable service! Thank you!”

“I had three visits over 3 months from 3 different technicians. All 3 were very thorough, knowledgable, personable, and trustworthy. Even when I called to cancel the service after the required 3 visits, that process was handled very professionally. Highly recommend!”

“My father was a carpenter and i've spent a lot of time in the wood shop. I couldn’t make a table like this for the price without pouring 100+ hours into it. You can’t get this type of product for dirt cheap because it's solid wood and they just don’t make em like this anymore. You have to go to a craftsman to get pieces like this. That costs money, usually a ton. We paid about $4k for our table that should be around $10k at one of those fancy galleries”
