“I arrived at Alan Lloyd's office in extreme pain, from a frozen shoulder, a condition that typically results in about two years of immobility and pain in the affected arm. Mine started in April, became intolerable in May when I started my hunt for a magic bullet to relieve the excruciating pain. By the time I arrived at Alan's office, I had tried a number of traditional and alternative treatments, none of which made any difference.
