“I recently moved to West Seattle from New York. My boyfriend and I looked at dozens of apartment complexes in the area and I can say with confidence the Whittaker is the best one. You can't beat the location. The proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, not the mention the bus stop right across the street is incredibly convenient. The bedrooms are spacious and overall the layouts feel much more open for the same square footage than others I've seen. There are lots of community spaces that you can use that are often empty or have enough space to social distance--this is huge if you're working from home. Also NICE appliances, huge sinks and beautiful islands overall amazing kitchens. The staff are on top of everything-- packages are never left out and every common area is clean. The only con I can think to mention is there are concerns with break ins in the parking garage. However, that is a problem anywhere in the Junction. I would say there should be a security guard on duty at all times. I do see one from time to time. Shout out to Emmaly, our leasing agent, who made the move in experience seamless. We changed our minds on the layout and square footage several times and she always quickly adjusted and gave us great options. There are TONS of different layouts here so I really appreciated all the effort she put in to find us the perfect one. Don't hesitate to move in here. If you don't need the West Seattle bridge to get to work it's the perfect place to live IMO.”

“We rented in the Atrium apartments in Mt Baker, managed by the Landmark Group, for four years and have nothing but fantastic things to say about both. Loren and Michael at Landmark are very accommodating, reasonable, and kind people. The online rent payment portal makes automatic payments a no brainer. The on-site management at Atrium is top notch; super responsive, down to earth people who fix any minor inconveniences. The neighbors were all wonderful. The businesses on the block and the breathtaking rooftop (literally the best view in the city) are amazing bonuses. The combo of services and amenities makes the Atrium the most hassle free place we have ever lived. We only left to make room for our growing family. Living there was truly an awesome experience from start to finish. We look forward to working with Landmark Group again in the future when we are ready to buy a home!”

“As a Real Estate agent of 17 years there have been a few lessons well learned. One is staging, if done right it will shorten selling time and will bring a much better selling price. When I decided to sell one of my homes there was no questions I was going to have it staged and I was going to use Spade and Archer. I had used them on other listing I've put on the market, and the return was much greater than any other stager I had worked with. I listed my home and stated I would review offers in 3 days. There was another exact home in the neighborhood put on the market for sale at $45K less, and was well appointed. I knew what Spade and Archer could do so I wasn't to worried. Three days later, I had 10 offer, 7 above my asking price. I sold and closed on an offer that was $17K over my asking price and I have no doubt that was entirely due to Spade and Archers staging. “Robin the property manager is very attentive, every time I had a maintenance request it was fixed it right away. And she is a very comprehensive person who you can always discuss anything about the apartment and the rent. The apartment is new, the rooftop view is the best thing ever for the price and location. You may think is small but it fit a lot of things. I love the windows that goes to the ceilings so you can wake up and drink a coffee with a view. I would recommend for anybody that is looking for good location in Seattle but with an affordable price.”
